Author: Did You Know … Vanuatu has the world’s “First Underwater Post Office?”
You buy special waterproof postcards available from shops on land. Then, you scuba dive three metres down to have your postcards embossed with a waterproof stamp by one of four dive-accredited postal workers.
This unique “Post Office” was specially created by Vanuatu Post to celebrate Vanuatu’s status as a marine paradise.
